Jo Landron Atmospheres Brut Sparkling

Cremant from one of the best biodynamic producers of Muscadet. Made dominantly from Folle Blanche (also known as Picpoule), this sparkling is the fairy (tale) of the Domaine Landron winery. Crisp, mineral, lots of green apples and white citrus, light bread and goat cheese tones, peaches and light saltiness. This wine pairs well with Shellfish, Poultry, Appetizers and snacks, Lean fish, Aperitif.
