This mahogany-colored cream sherry with coppery reflections is a blend of Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez wines, each aged individually in Jerez de la Frontera. It has concentrated aromas of smoky wood, dates, dry figs, and raisins, with a fresh, silky palate and balanced acidity.
