Vignerons de Buxy Buissonnier Montagny Bourgogne Blanc

This wine comes from a co-op of 98 farmers who decided to pool their resources in the face of the Great Depression. It's a lovely Chardonnay from with beautiful finesse and minerality from the limestone soil it's grown in.
