In addition to the traditional French style of making Champagne, this sparkling rose from New Mexico is also made in the "Saignee" method, by adding 2% still Pinot Noir the blend, giving the wine its garnet pink color. Berries shine here, with notes of cherry, wild strawberry and raspberry, with zesty acidity to finish.
