Domaine de Sahari Rose

Classic Mediterranean blend of Cinsault and Grenache. A vin gris, a unique style of rose-making in which the red grapes are gently pressed and then immediately taken off the skins, this wine therefore has no maceration time like most traditional roses. To preserve the bright fruit flavors of the wine, all berries are hand-harvested and fermented in stainless steel.
