Winemaker Antonio Sanz and his three sons believe in the ecosystem and practice all organics and biodynamics. They even cover their vines with the other natural plants that grow in their vineyard. On the label of this delectable rose is a Zorzal bird, the one who swoops down and steals their grapes. Inside the bird, representing their composting practices, just for fun, is popcorn!
