SIMON BIZE & FILS, SAVIGNY-LS-BEAUNE 1ER CRU AUX GUETTES

Three generations of Simon Bize's, great grandfather, grandfather and father all named Simon, began, produced and transformed a winery in Savigny-les-Beaune. Breaking the chain, son Patrick Bize took over in 1972. After his passing, his wife Chisa and his sister Marielle, assumed the winery's responsibilities.

On a side not, Bize is a dry cold north wind in southeastern France.
