Domaine Houchart is owned today by Genevieve Quiot, who's great grandfather, Aurelien Houchart had originally acquired the vineyard. During the 1850's, while Aurelien was hanging out with his good friend Cezanne, the famous French painter, he grew the property to be one of the largest domaines in Provence.
