Sass Pinot Gris

Flavors and aromas start with apple, pear, a bit of pie spice, and finish with a bit of citrus zing. A rich, ripe texture and lingering finish. Fruit from our estate vineyards, Wild Winds and Walnut Ridge. It’s serious pinot gris but still just plain yummy fun. Fermented in stainless steel; some whole cluster pressed, some destemmed; long, cool fermentation; lees stirred; partial malolactic fermentation.
