Clara Vie Blanquette de Limoux Brut Nature

As a guardian of her family's legacy, she is deeply committed to preserving their heritage while actively promoting social and cultural initiatives in her region. For over five centuries, her family has carefully nurtured the enchanting terroir of Limoux to craft exquisite sparkling wines.
This wine pours a radiant yellow with golden hues, offering delicate scents of hawthorn and green apple balanced by nutty richness from extended tirage. The brisk freshness sweeps over the palate with citrus fruits, tart apple, mirabelle plum, and golden flowers, leading to a harmonious finish.

This wine is impeccably balanced and subtly vibrant. It showcases flavors of lemon, and white flowers intertwined with delicate undertones of white peach, limestone minerality, and a hint of almond. On the palate, it's fruity, silky, and gracefully energetic, with a gentle acidity, a touch of richness, minerality, and a fine finesse that lingers beautifully.

In 2016 that she found the perfect opportunity to leverage her expertise and knowledge in Languedoc, France. She discovered the ideal climatic conditions and terroir to unleash her creativity to produce exceptional wines that showcase her mastery of the craft.
Veema crafts an enduring and balanced fusion of Syrah, Grenache, and Mourvèdre, resulting in a captivating wine that captures the essence of this blend's boldness and complexity. Notes of leather and smoked meat add a robust dimension to an aromatic bouquet of ripe black fruit, warm spices, vanilla, and violet. With a firm grip, this wine promises an exhilarating experience from start to finish.
