We’re hosting our next wine tasting a little earlier this month—and you won’t want to miss this one! Join us on Wednesday, October 29, for an evening dedicated to the elegant, expressive wines of Domaine Gassier, one of the Rhône Valley’s most dynamic estates.

We’re thrilled to welcome Paul Blondin, Brand Ambassador for Domaine Gassier, as our special guest. Paul will guide us through the tasting and share the story behind these exceptional wines that reflect the spirit of southern France.

Located in the heart of the Costières de Nîmes, the Southernmost appellation of the Rhône Valley, Domaine Gassier embodies the purest expression of the Mediterranean spirit.

Guided by Michel and Isabel Gassier, fifth-generation winemaker, the estate is farmed according to the principles of regenerative agriculture, with deep respect for the soil and biodiversity. 🍇 Featured Wines

Gassier Viognier (IGP Pays d’Oc)
Fragrant and lively, this 100% Viognier offers aromas of apricot, white peach, and orange blossom. Its silky texture and bright acidity make it a wonderful match for soft cheeses, shellfish, or light poultry dishes.

Côtes du Rhône (Michel & Tina Gassier)
A classic southern Rhône blend of Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvèdre, showing notes of red cherry, wild herbs, and spice. Medium-bodied and smooth, it pairs beautifully with roasted chicken, charcuterie, and grilled vegetables.

Nostre Païs Rouge (Costières de Nîmes)
One of the estate’s signature wines—Grenache-led with Syrah, Mourvèdre, and Carignan. Aromas of blackberry, violets, and garrigue lead into a rich yet balanced palate. Excellent alongside lamb, duck, or hearty mushroom dishes.

Châteauneuf-du-Pape (Michel & Tina Gassier)
This prestigious Rhône blend delivers power and elegance—blackberry, plum, pepper, and hints of Provençal herbs. Full-bodied and layered, it shines with aged cheeses, braised meats, or slow-cooked stews.
