‘Face Nord’ refers to the north-facing slope of the Montagne de Reims on which this Grand Cru vineyard sits. Comprising of 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay, this wine of finesse and true expression of fruit is a blend of the 2005 and 2014 vintages. In the same vein as some of the finest sparkling wines in the world, the Pehu-Simonet was aged en Tirage (on the yeasts) for three and a half years.
